FEES & PAYMENT 

Full payment is required for all projects conducted entirely electronically (phone, fax or e-mail) that must be confirmed by major credit/debit card - MasterCard, Visa or Discover. American Express not accepted.

For in-person interview, fees may be paid in cash, via check, money order, or major credit/debit cards. A 50% or greater deposit is charged at time of the initial agreement, except for long-distance (virtual) services; balance due upon delivery of proof copy. A $25 fee will be charged for any NSF checks.

All other special services individually priced.

One (1) cover letter and reference page is included as part of a package; additional cover letters nominally priced.

No proof copy supplied, in person or electronically, until the balance is paid in full.

A client may CANCEL a transaction within 3 business days from the date a contract is executed. The initial consultation fee is included in the quoted price for each completed project. However, if client cancels the project within the cancellation grace period, 50% of the agreed upon TOTAL will be retained as a consultation fee. Client acknowledges and understands that fees for services/production already begun or already completed, after three days, are neither cancelable nor refundable.

Changes/additions made after 30 days constitute an update and fees applied according to complexity of the update, retrieval of archived original master, and new prints or electronic file.  

Critiques of an existing résumé are F*REE.
